FYN YOGA

Little Yogis Classes

Your Little Yogi will participate in a series of yogic exercises, including poses (asanas), breath work (pranayama), positive affirmations, mindfulness, and games. Practicing these yoga methodologies helps children learn how to take a moment to ground themselves in situations that would induce anxiety or stress, as well as learn to create a mind-body connection as they flow from pose to pose. 

 

Ages 3-5: Classes include themes, storytelling, music, and dancing.

Ages 5-7: Classes include themes, mascots, movement, and an intro to mindfulness & relaxation.

Ages 7-10: Classes include a deeper education into the benefits of yoga, movement, student involvement, and guided meditation.
 

Currently no regularly occurring classes are scheduled; if you have a group of little yogi's you would like to put together, please reach out and we can schedule a group session!
