Welcome to FYN yoga!

My name is Janelle Grange, owner of fyn WELLNESS, LLC. I am a RYT500 certified yoga teacher, a certified children's yoga instructor, and a holistic lifestyle specialist (CHN). I offer private yoga sessions for all ages at your home or outdoor location of choice!

The best lesson yoga can teach our world, is that it is for everybody and every BODY. Yoga may look different from one person to the next, but the benefits remain the same. This is what I love the most about working with a variety of age groups, from children, to adults, and seniors.  It doesn't matter how deep you can extend yourself into a pose, or how long you can balance on one foot... you can still get the same benefits as everyone else who shows up to their mat that day, following this quote:

During personal one-on-one instruction I tailor the yoga flow and/or meditation to match what is needed for my clients mind and body at that time. Each asana is strategically sequenced by taking into consideration the physical abilities of the individual client, as well as the mental needs at that time. Prior to each session I briefly touch base and see what their needs are to plan a flow best suited for their needs.

Private Sessions are also available for couples looking to connect through yoga flow, as well as groups of friends or family. Yoga is an amazing way to bring us all together, as it is centered around connectivity to environment - including those around us. For these types of sessions I like to have an understanding of the needs of the couple or group to tailor the session appropriately.

My children's classes are tailored to match the developmental stage, (and attention span!) of the group of students. In these classes I will introduce yoga asanas, brief meditation/mantras, yoga games, balance, and mental focus.
